You know, the Prospectus says personal relationship- if I translate that as affair; does a marriage come into context.

I mean marriage (jaise bhi hua hi, they say they are married...so they are), that cannot be charged by rules na.

Affair is a different thing and marriage is different.

I mean, I am working as a Prof in a College. I have seen my colleague marry his student, who also registered for Masters.

I don't see how this charging thing can go on if they say they are married.
