I wish people would come out of their extreme prejudices n watch SAAKK for what it is. SAAKK is about two flawed individuals. People just want perfect/flawless leads, who don’t have any shade of grey in them.
Every one of us have a shade of grey in us.

Shaurya’s flaws are his impulsiveness, his soch and his blind love for BM that doesn’t see through her manipulation. Does it make him a bad person? No! At the core he is that vulnerable child who lost both his parents at 4(it makes me mad when people ignore a lifetime of pain). So he is trying everything he can, so that he doesn’t lose Anokhi. The one person who has loved him for his heart.

Yes he is being silly and naughty, but not without her liking. He is not forcing himself on her.(This makes me so 😡😡). Also yes he is avoiding conflicts by not telling about Aastha and dealing with things properly first, but isn’t that human nature? We tend to avoid conflicts. No one wants to head into confrontation right away. Is he inviting trouble for himself yes. But is he doing it out of malicious intent, not at all. He just wants to find a little happiness with the one person who brings him peace, I don’t fault him one bit for it. As for the engagement he has been wanting and trying to tell her about it.

Even Anokhi has her set of flaws and greys. Will do a separate comment for that.

Both of them are imperfect and I love that about them. Coz it makes them human n real for me. People are not black n white. I wish some people understand it.

My mood which was on a high since morning is completely spoilt now. 🤦‍♀️🙄

I wish I had also not visited that post. This is the reason I avoid other IF forums apart from ours. They are so sarcastic about differing opinions and create unnecessary negativity. It is one thing to look at things from different perspectives and have different opinions about the same thing, but negativity is not something I want in my life. I am going to ignore that post from now on.

Yeah. It’s rinse repeat of all shows.

This show has given me so much I can't even tell. It's beyond just a recreational activity for me. Claiming that this show is a source of entertainment would be understating it's value since it is a lot more than that.

SAAKK has grown on me. It has become something very personal, a refuge from the disturbing times we live in, something through which I breathe positivity in me everyday.

At the same time it is so disturbing to see that this little heaven has to bear through the weight of some stupid rating system. It's been months since the fandom has been demanding a promo. But it's not helping.

P.S I just don't know what I just rambled but this TRP and promo issues really got me angry. I really don't know how we can give back to the show. But I would be doing anything to have the show deserve it's own happy ending, their way, just the way they must have thought and not due to some TRP crap.
