People can drown I'm not saying they can't.

But the chances of drowning in bath tub is very less just like that in a 4ft or 5ft feet swimming pool when you are almost 5'6 height and can easily stand. Also when you actually start drowning your body goes in a fight or flight risk so obviously the first thing you do is your legs try to find a ground to stand and considering it isn't deep that shouldn't have been a problem 😆

Nevertheless yes anyone can drown anywhere it's cause of the panic created in mind that you get scared or maybe when someone is not in correct state like if someone is drunk or high
