Yeah tabhi toh you don’t need adadiya paak n kachariyu.. my daadi used to make few more healthy sweets we call it “ Vasaana “ ( sweets with medicinal effects) like gond laddu, soonth laddu, methi paak etc n a few more but it had methi in it so I used to run away from these. 😆
kachariyu n sukhdi with all the spices and herbs is the only things I used to eat. Used to run away from Adadiya paak when dad used to bring from Saurashtra 🤣

None of my grandparents are with me now. Last was daadi who passed away 2 months back. But I have some amazing fondest memories of time I have spent with them.😁❤️

I guess I need to stay away from this thread for few days else kha kha kar phat jaaungi 🤣

You are right, Bobbatlu is pooran poli. There is another dish which is made out of the same stuffing dipped in concentrated Dosa dough and deep fried. It is a round sweet.

Double Ka Meetha is very famous Hyderabadi dish.
