Oh don’t say that. I don’t want Anokhi angry. I want her a little aloof but still not be able to deny that she loves him and she doesn’t hate being married to him(I still don’t believe the sindoor would make anyone married)

Same, to be honest i find it stupid but lets see what's shaurya's pov behind this sinduri holi.

So after shaurya is done with the sindur bhari mang kaand

Anokhi will be in shock that what has he done she ll touch her hairline and see the red color of vermillion on her fingertips. She ll be shocked and then her eyes will meet shaurya's. All the feelings that she has bottled up till now will start coming out she ll be angry and she ll cry she ll question shaurya what has he done and will start hitting him on his chest in frustration shaurya will pull her into a hug to calm her down and then shaurya can make her understand reason behind his action and may be ask her to complete the other marriage rituals.
