It has been 15 days Raghav Pallavi didn't meet or talk to each other. Both miss each other but didn't take initiative.

Pallavi

It was Sunday and I have to go to mall for shopping. I was busy in buying and wandering here and there I heard similar voice and laugh which I was missing from last 15 days and its non other than Raghav but wait he was not alone but with someone else and that someone else is lady. I started to feel jealous and when I saw how that lady is cuddling him and hugging him I just want to kill her. I was feeling hurt too to see that how Raghav move on so easily. So what should i expect to beg me on his knees please Pallavi don't leave me. Its me who allow him to let go. Its me who didn't give chance to fight for US. US from when US came. She can not be Raghav never ever. We are not meant to be together and i should be happy that he moved on but why am i so hurt. I cant hold him and cant allow to let him live his life. He has all right to move on because there is no future of us. Sigh i should leave before he saw me. I was just about to leave when i heard Raghav was calling her and freeze on her place.

Raghav

Today i was hoping to stay at home and cuddle to self but Keerthi has other plan and drag me to most boring work of the world shopping sigh. I was turning into hideous. Its not like i was socialising before Pallavi matter but i started to ignore myself too and my family was worry about me so Keerthi decided to show me how to live life again. She was just dragging me here and there and i just want her shopping end as soon as possible. Nikhil was going to come with us but he has experience with Keerthi only so he ran away and i am stuck with her. she was talking about how Nikhil behave with her during shopping just leave her and go to flirting with other girl typical Nikhil. How much I am bored and irritate with shopping I was happy to see my sister excitement and happiness during shopping. She is full of life and I don't want to spoil that. When I was busy with Keerthi I notice familiar person and it was non other than Pallavi. I don't know should I call her or let her go. It has been 2 weeks I saw her. I missed her lie hell. my mind was stopping me but my heart win the argument and it was too late before I called her Pallavi.

Pallavi

I have no choice but to turn and go to Raghav. first I thought I will pretend that she didn't heard because the way she behave with him last time and second I cant see his new girlfriend. It was too late Raghav again call me and he was just behind me. breath in breath out and turn around with bright fake smile. Thank god Raghav was alone and i didn't have to face his girlfriend.

P : hi Raghav

R : hi Pallavi

Both were feeling awkward. Don't know what to say next. Both are looking everywhere not each other. After long pause finally Pallavi

P : what are you doing here. (i know i know this is stupid question but it is better than that awkward silence)

R : i am here to shopping (with mischievous smile) i guess

P : ohhh alone ?

R : nope i am with someone

Pallavi was hoping that he wont mention that he is with his new girlfriend because she is not ready to hear that.

I : with who ? (stupid stupid stupid she and her big stupid mouth why just cant i leave instead of standing here)

Raghav was going to say about other person but they heard 3rd person voice

Keerthi : he is with me. (she entangle her hand with his hand and cuddling to him and keep her other hand on his heart) hi i Keerthi Raghav close friend

Raghav was looking at Keerthi confuse the way she was behaving but she signalling him to keep quite. Pallavi was looking at Keerthi their hands and Keerthi hand on his heart and the way she caressing his heart and when she said close friend they seems really close because Raghav looks way too comfortable around her like they know each other from many years. She was feeling jealous and angry at Raghav. she just wanted to drag Keerthi out of Raghav hold and replace herself. What the hell i am thinking. I don't have right on him. its better i should leave now.

P : hi i am ishia Raghav's (she doesn't know what to called herself in Raghav life after long paused) doctor.

Keerthi : nice to meet you (with taking her hand from Keerthi and give her big smile)

Pallavi : (wish i can say same) nice to meet you too Keerthi (with tightsmile) i think i should leave now bye you enjoy your shopping. Bye Keerthi bye Raghav

Keerthi and Raghav together : bye Pallavi

It made Pallavi more angry wow they speak in unison. Many thing no no everything change in 2 weeks. Here she was miserable and hurt to know the way she behaved with Raghav and hurt him there he was happy and found new friend too. He seems happy and and and it hurts to know that because i want me to be reason to his happiness not someone else but i am reason of his sadness and heartbreak. I think its better in this way.

Raghav

Pallavi was leaving and i wanted to stop her and hugged her. i saw hurting her eyes or i am imagining thing and looking what i want to see. I was busy looking at Pallavi retreating figure i was disturbed by Keerthi voice.

Keerthi : she feels for you

Raghav : (confuse) what ?

Keerthi : she has feeling for you

Raghav : may i know what were you upto? Why you were behaving like that and told her i am your close friend and not brother

Keerthi : because i wanted to know about her feelings. Whatever you told about her i got that she has feeling for you but wasn't sure and i wanted to make sure about that so i play that game

Raghav : game ? and what you got ?

Keerthi : she was jealous of me and wanted to kill me

Raghav : rubbish. You are day dreaming. I know you want to make me feel good but don't give me wrong hope

-Keerthi : no bhai i am not giving you wrong hope but i am saying what I saw. She has feeling for you and she was jealous of me.

Raghav : Keerthi you know what happen last time. she doesn't love me and don't want to be with me

Keerthi : she wants to be with you but something is stopping her or someone?

Raghav : (sarcastically) yeah her love of of life

Keerthi : bhai at least talk to her last time and try to know what is the reason

Raghav : (sighing) i will think about that

Was Keerthi right? Pallavi feel for me? Something stopping her? should i talk to her? i cant allow my self to go there. I am still not recover from last heartbreak and i don't think so i am ready to go there again but i am missing her in my life. I should bring her back in my life not as lover or wife atleast as a friend. Keerthi was right i should talk to her. after thinking so much he message her.

Raghav : when will you be free ? i want to meet you.

Pallavi : tomorrow at 6 p.m. near CCD

Raghav : ok thanks

I am happy because i was expecting she will denied to meet me but she was ready to meet me and i will fix everything. i was scare to get hurt but not anymore.

Pallavi

Raghav messaged me today to meet him. don't know why? Does he want to be my friend or want to tell me finally he found a girl who love him and he move on from her and wanted to insult her? will Keerthi also with him and again cuddle to her in front of him and how am i going to face that? grrr i am getting mad thinking about that. Its better i should wait and watch.

At CCD

Raghav was running late due to traffic jam and both were impatient to meet each other

Raghav : sorry sorry i am little late

Pallavi : (sarcastically) yes you are little (checking her watch) 30 minutes late

Raghav : i said i am sorry

Pallavi : (sighing) its ok now tell me why do you want to meet me? And why are you alone? Where is your new close friend

Raghav was shock to Pallavi like that and he knew Keerthi was right

she was jealous of her and may be she has feeling for him. its time to let his guard down and give his heart one more chance.

Raghav : (coming close to her and said seductively) are you jealous of her ?

Pallavi : (got caught) no no why am i jealous? Its not like we have something between us and you cheated on us? (she was babbling and she has to show poker face and angry face not her feeling) it seems you are really happy with her i am happy for you. you both make good couple (it hurts to say that but she has no other choice. She has to run away from here as soon as possible)now tell me why do you want to meet me?

Raghav : i want to say something to you

Pallavi knew what he wanted to tell her and she was right that but she doesn't want to hurt herself so before he say anything she speak already

P : i know

R : you know ?

P : yes you want to tell me that you move on in your life and how you are happy with your new girlfriend and may be you are going to engage or marry soon to her and you wanted to show me that what i lost and how your life is better without me. I got it ok

Raghav was shock stunned and shock expression was replace by grin and after collecting her words he started to laugh.

P : why are you laughing ?

No reply from Raghav and he was still laughing on her and it made Pallavi more angry and she has enough

P : ok fine don't tell me i am leaving and have nice and great life

Pallavi was leaving and was going in her car Raghav grab her hand and pin her between him and car. Pallavi was trying hard to ignore him and free herself from his grip but he was more stronger than her.

R : i cant marry her

This statement made Pallavi stop her movement and she was looking at him and shock to see his eyes which is showing love desire and longing for her and her only. The way he was looking at her that melt her heart. She doesn't know what to say. After gaining composure she asked

P : (whispering) why you cant marry her ?

R : because (cupping her face and bringing more close) brother cant marry his sister

Raghav was grinning at her and Pallavi was shocked to heard that

P : (shock) that that meant Keerthi was

R : yes Keerthi is my sister

P : than all that

R : she wanted to know do you feel for me or not so she played that game and she was right

P : about what ?

R : that you have feeling for me

P : i don't have

R : don't deny Pallavi accept that you also feel for me

Raghav was coming more close to Pallavi and Pallavi was enjoying that she doesn't know what to do she just want enjoy this moment. She was about to say something

P : i do have (she was distracted by few people whistle and she realised they are at public place and more important she realised that she cant be with Raghav. reminding herself she and Raghav cant be together never ever) (pushing him behind) Raghav i have to leave

R : Pallavi you were going to say something

P : i was not going to say something

Pallavi was going to sit in her car but Raghav drag her and again reposition her last place and took a deep breath. He has to do it now or never

R : (hitting car roof angrily) for god sake Pallavi accept it you have feeling for me and tell me what stopping you from accepting that

P : (guarding her feelings with anger) i don't have any feelings for you. i was also playing game the way you play with me with your sister so we are even now and leave me i have important work to do.

Pallavi knows she is hurting him but that best for them. Raghav cupped her face and made her to look at him and she first time saw how vulnerable he is. She just wanted to hug him but she cant

R : why are doing this Pallavi ? why ? please tell me. I love you and i know you also love me

That'ss enough. She cant hold it anymore. She cant hurt this guy anymore. May be i don't love him but i cant do this to him. she decided tell truth tohim and let him decide what he wanted to do.

P : we cant be together because i am divorcee.

Raghav take a step back and Pallavi knew this is the end.

Pallavi also confirm that yes she has feeling for her ex hubby.

The person Pallavi is texting is her kid/child for sure- oh my god so much suspense to know what is the reason behind Pallavi's denial. I think Raghav misunderstood that the message was from her ex-husband.

Chapter 9

Raghav

Divorcee ???? she is divorcee. I didn't think things will be like this.

Pallavi

I knew it I will loose him after truth. This is the end. He is still in shock after hearing truth.

Pallavi : Raghav ???

Coming out from shock

Raghav : hahhh

Pallavi : are you ok ?

Raghav : (sighing) yes but just a shock. Can we go somewhere else and talk???

Pallavi : ok

Both left towards park which was near CCD. They were quite. No one was talking anything. Both were lost in their world. Both don't know what to say and where to start.

After entering in park they sat at quite place quietly. Silence was awkward as the same time satisfactory too. Don't know what will happen next but someone has to break silence and it was Raghav.

Raghav : I won't lie Pallavi but it is really shocking. You never talk about that

Pallavi : (laugh sadly) because no one like to talk about their divorce openly

Raghav : hey sorry I didn't meant that way

Pallavi : (sighing) I know you didn't mean that way. I just wanted to forget that so I didn't talk about that much and don't want to talk about that and think about that

Raghav : ok

Again silence. Both were looking everywhere but not each other.

Raghav : I know it is painful but can I ask something (Pallavi just nodded she knew what question will come and she was ready to face that she can't run away in whole life. Raghav took her hand and squeeze that for comfort and support) when did you got divorced (it is hurt to know to whom love she was in love with someone else but he had to heard that)

Pallavi : last year but we have separated before that

Raghav : (hesitantly) was that love marriage or arrange marriage? Did you love him? (ouch it hurts. If question hurts like this don't know what will be effect of answer)

Pallavi : it was love marriage. We were neighbors and played together, went school together and college too. We were always seen together. Our friends used to called us do dil ek jaan. They always ask do we love each other but both always denied that but one thing was truth we were always together and both were in love. One day Mandar my husband I mean ex-husband proposed me in front of my friends and I accepted. At that day I realized I was in love with him and want to spent time with him. Before my husband he was my best friend. I thought what can be great by marrying your best friend. So I accepted that too. Those were the best day of my life.

Pallavi was smiling when she was saying this and Raghav was feeling hurt and look away from her.

Raghav : (sadly dry laugh) wow you both seemed deeply in love then what wrong happened? If you don't mind saying that

Pallavi : (after pause) as said rose with thrones. When I was thinking everything was going great things started to change. His mom never like and wanted someone else for her son and Mandar got married me without her permission which turns worst. She started to brainwash him. First he used to ignore but lately he started to behave differently and standoffishly. He thought I was having affair outside our marriage and blame me. After one point lost my patience and left him. I truly love him but things didn't work between us

She was crying badly after saying that. It seems whole burden has gone after saying that. She wanted to tell this to someone but she couldn't. First time she openly talk like this.

Raghav side hugged her and squeezing her hand for calming her. It was hard to listen to her talking about other man but it was painful for her too because she lost her first love. He cant keep feel like this of his lady love crying like this. They are not lovers but they are friends and as a friends he has to be there for her.

After crying Pallavi was feeling better. She was feeling better in Raghav arms. It was soothing. It was making her calm and peaceful. She knew it was hard for him to listen that but still he is here for her.

Pallavi : (clutching his shirt) thank you Raghav

Raghav : (confuse) for what??

Pallavi : (breaking hug and looking in his eyes) for listening me and being there with me

Raghav : (taking her hand) I will always there what are friends for

Pallavi : Raghav you can ask anything. We need to sort out this

Raghav : no Pallavi I don't want you to cry again

Pallavi : its ok Raghav. I am ok you can ask anything. I want to clear everything

After thinking a lot Raghav asked

Raghav : do you... do you still love him I mean your ex husband (shenever said she loved me may she still love her ex-husband Mandar but he wanted to know truth. If she will say she still love Mandar Raghav will back out and always be her friend)

Pallavi was not expecting this question. Pallavi was looking everywhere but not him. she was going to answer him her phone ring and there was message

Love you and miss you and will be back soon

Pallavi was smiling looking at that replied

Raghav saw that message and got his answer. She still love his ex-husband and may be it was his message. She is looking happy after message. Real smile which reached to her eyes. May be she and Mandar are trying to patch up and going to come together in life. Of course that's the reason they were together from childhood its not easy to let go your first love. Whatever Mandar did with her that was wrong but may be he realized his mistake and wanted to amend that. May be this is the reason why she said we can't be together.

Raghav was lost in his thought and Pallavi voice brought him back to reality.

Pallavi : Raghav I won't lie to you yes I still love him

Raghav knew this will be her answer. He was prepared for this but damn it still hurts to to listen from her mouth. He should not have listen to rinki. It was more painful than Pallavi rejection. Subconsciously he was taking her hand back which was still entangle with Pallavi hand

Pallavi can see hurt and pain in Raghav eyes and discomfort in his body language. He just wanted to go away from her. before he take his hand Pallavi tighten her hold

Pallavi : (desperately) Raghav !!!

Raghav : (not looking at her) Pallavi I have to go. I know I should be here with you as a friend but damn it hurts to listen that. I am sorry for that.

Pallavi : no Raghav you can't go like this. You have to listen to me (Raghav was looking at her but he was not moving too which was good sign, Pallavi cup his face with her free hand and force him to look towards her) Raghav that's truth I still love him and I still miss him but as a my best friend. He was not only my first love but my first best friend. We had gone through all phase of relationship. He was always there when I was in trouble. He always saved me from my parents anger and taught punishment. He used beat up guys who made bad comment for me. He was my savior in many ways. He was always there to listen me and never complained. I miss him as a my best friend more than I miss him as a my husband. If things didn't go well he could be best husband of the world.

I always thought the way I loved him I can never ever love anyone. Then you came to my life and prove me wrong. i was trying hard to move on from Mandar by making busy myself with different things. New friends, new people, new place and new job but everything was temporary distraction. After your entry in my everything changed. You started to occupied my thought and emotion. I didn't remember Mandar for once until that day when you proposed me. That should me lucky day for me but that was not

Raghav : (interrupting her) I know because you don't love me (yes he very well know she doesn't love him. he was just distraction from Mandar thought not love of her life. Now Mandar is coming back who is love of her life he will reason to avoid Raghav)

Pallavi : that day I wanted to say this but I will say this today Raghav I love you Raghav. I thought you were distraction but no you were love. I was started to fall for you but scare to accept that. You broke those wall which I made around my heart.

Raghav : (shock and surprise) what ? what did you say?

Pallavi : Yes Raghav Rao I am in love I am in love with you

He Can't believe in this. He was scare was he dreaming or hallucinating?

Cupping his face in both hand Pallavi repeated that.

Pallavi : Raghav I love you really really love you. I know its hard to believe but that's the truth

Raghav : (still not believing) are you not lying?

Pallavi : no

Before Pallavi could say anything Raghav claim her lips and started to kiss her. he wanted this kiss, he was still not believing this. He did accept that Pallavi didn't love him and will never love him and will back with Mandar but it was surprise to him. First Pallavi was shocked and surprise but after sometime she started to respond him. When both were lacking air they broke the kiss and Raghav keep his forehead with her forehead and both were breathing heavily.

Pallavi : wow that was amazing

Raghav : (laughing) I know, I almost thought I lost you

Pallavi : sorry for that you have go from that

Raghav : (closing his eyes) I love you too Pallavi. It was painful to me but I know we will work on that. I know whatever happened with you that was wrong but that was past. You are divorcee that's sad but that won't affect my feelings towards. You are and will always be my love. I wanted to marry you and want to spend my life with you

Pallavi broke that moment and look away.

Pallavi : Raghav we cant' be together

Raghav : I know Pallavi Mandar was your first love and its not easy to move on but I will wait. I also knew that I can never ever take his place

Pallavi : I don't want you to take his place because you already have place in my heart

Raghav : than what is the matter. We both love each other and I don't

have any issue with your past. That was not your fault

Pallavi : no Raghav this is not issue but something else

Raghav : what is the issue ?

Pallavi : you know why actually I left Mandar?

Raghav : no

Pallavi gave her phone to Raghav and asked him to read message. It was same message which he read

Pallavi : that message is from my daughter. yes Raghav i have a daughter. Mandar and me have a daughter. I left Mandar because of my daughter and we can't be together because of my daughter Pari

Raghav : (shocked) why Pari???

Pallavi : as you know Mandar and i got married and having beautifullife. Mandar mom never like me but accepted me half heartedly for Mandar. Still she tried to create rift between us. Everything was going good and Mandar was always in my side. There was my college friend Rahul who had crush on me and propose me during college days but i refused and he tried until Mandar and i declared our relationship after that he stop trying and we became good friends. Mandar never like him but never objected too our friendship. After marriage wewere trying for baby but no result. There was a seminar during same period and Rahul was there with me. We met after long time and chatted. After coming home i told about him Mandar didn't like that but didn't objected too but our relationship started to affect. After month of seminar i got pregnant and i thought that will be good news and Mandar will be happy too but he was grumpy and was not looking happy at all. Since my pregnancy to Pari birth i tried hard to make my relationship better but Mandar was slipping from my hand and he was going far away from me emotionally. He was not happy with Pari. I really don't know what had happen to him. it was good opportunity for his mom to play her game and she played very well. I tried hard to close relationship between Pari and Mandar but he never look at her as a loving father. Pari was craving for her father but Mandar was not ready to accept her as his daughter. Finally i asked him what the matter and he spill the beans that he thinks Pari is not his but Rahul daughter because after seminar i got pregnant and chances were there she was Rahul's daughter. I tried to make him understand that Rahul and i were just friends not more than that. i accepted my insult but how can i accept my daughter insult. That day i decided to leave him and we are divorced now. Pari was most affected from this and she is still craving for her father. That's why i am scare for any relationship.

Raghav : (looking hurt) and you think i will do same with her ?

Pallavi : (sighing) no Raghav its not like that. try to understand me. Pari has gone through a lot. Her own father didn't accepted her. what if tomorrow she will get attached to you but you cant accept her because once you told me you don't like kids.

Raghav : (defensive) yes i don't like kids but that doesn't mean i hate them. I don't hurt them just keep distance from them. I never believed in love too but look at me today i am totally in love with you.

Pallavi : (smiling) thats true but what if you cant accept her like your own

Raghav : Pallavi i am not saying i will accept her that doesn't mean i will reject her. Pari and mine relation wont be easy that doesn't mean that's impossible. We both need time to accept each other. I promise i will never ever hurt her and will accept her. Do you trust me, don't you?

Pallavi : i do trust you but Pari...

Raghav : (cutting her sentence) ssshhh don't say a word i know you love your daughter a lot. I just want to be part of your and Pari life. We will give better life to Pari. Are you with me ??

Pallavi : yes i am with you

Raghav : so problem solve.

Pallavi : so what now?

Raghav : so what now ?? simple we will get married and you will turn mrs. Pallavi Raghav Rao

Pallavi : Raghav don't you thinks so this is too early?

Raghav : no because the way twist are coming in love story i would prefer get married soon

Pallavi : (hesitant) Raghav i would love to be a mrs. Pallavi Rao but not before Pari acceptance

Raghav : so why are we wasting time? lets go and meet her. where is she?

Pallavi : wait Raghav. she is not here i mean she is with her my sister mansi, Anjali and jiju for world tour. She will be back next week. Actually after all this divorce drama she was upset and my sister came with the idea of world tour and she took her with her.

Raghav : (sadly) ohhh thats good. She suffered a lot. I know how it feels to be abandon ??

Pallavi : (feeling his dark emotion) what do you mean ?

Raghav : nothing leave it. What about your parents? I have to pass that test too??

Pallavi : (laughing) no not at all. My mom is already accepted you as son in law. I just have to break the news of our marriage. what about your family?

Raghav : i will tell them. More than me they are waiting for my marriage. my mom will come tonight only after i break news about us

Pallavi : awww so cute

Raghav : no cute but embarrassing but she loves us a lot

Pallavi : but promise me Raghav you won't force them specially your mom and i want everyone consent specially Pari

Raghav : i promise you but this is from me i cant promise from my family if they come to your house at mid night too

Pallavi : no problem

Raghav : i think its too late we should leave now and break news to our family

Pallavi : ok boss

Raghav : but before leaving i want my good bye kiss

Pallavi : but this is not good bye. We are meeting again, aren't we?

Raghav : don't try to run and give me my kiss

Without any hesitation and fear Pallavi gave what Raghav asked
