I am guessing it either ends up being PD or hostel for Imlie after this. Ts ke paas vaapas lekar jaayegi didi only I think. She is almost irrelevant otherwise and the makers do not like keeping it that way 🤷🏻‍♀️ I hope I’m wrong on the last bit 😆 and it is just one off the cuff remark by Aditya that brings her back

That particular scene in the bus when she goes to PD didn’t quite play out like a conversation between them, which is why it felt a bit more real. It felt more like ‘this is what he WANTEd to say or was trying to tell her ‘ and these were the thoughts she WANTED to say but not like they were actually getting through to each other and having a convo- at least in IMO.

Yeah- Well aware every ITV show doesn’t link back to IPPKND, though it is my favorite Only comparing it since it’s Gul’s show and there are unmistakable elements of similarity in some of her romance serials which I have seen and I actually like them for those elements:

1) How the leads meet - quite literally falling or bumping into each other - which I have seen in IPPKND and QH. ( at least Asad- Zoya)

(2) the signs of being destined to be together -

(3) As someone pointed out - some important character in the - previous generation having an extra marital affair

(4) the faraks lol- somehow there will be a ‘farak padna’ ’ usually to do with the ML

(5) Something that connects the FL and ML and the FL is emotionally attached to will cruelly have ‘ koi matlab nahin hain’ to the ML when he is in a phase where he ‘hates ‘ or at least dislikes her initially.

(6) ML’s family will absolutely ADORE FL

(7) FL will be an orphan or in Imlie’s case - little different- missing a father

So building on those elements, found this connection between Adi and Imlie- where Imlie ‘senses’ Adi very similar to the one where Arnav and Khushi can sense the presence of each other or some intensity of feeling that the other is having. It’s fine as a story telling element only that it just stood out since it wasn’t a ‘regular ‘ feature of their relationship thus far

What a dhamakedaar episode!!! loved every minute of it. Soul connection indeed.. The way he said bas thoda intezaar karo..

Team did a fantastic job of action sequence!!! A salman khaan movie feel... action +comedy at the same time..

GMs expression on point.. my fav was when wooden stick is broken on his back... his hands.. face was just amazing.. now we know why he was thanking Atif for bringing hero in him out.. this sequence was a sixer with a helicopter shot... just beyond anything I have seen on TV.. The background score, direction, cinematography everything just A1 game...

Only complaint i hv is SK attacking from back. Someone had mentioned on other thread... he is SK he doesnt hide.. he is doing justice.. it should be done face to face.. thats it!!!

Coming to Conversation bit...

fantastic dialogues and SK delivered them flawless.. The father is hurt.. They say a mother can cry when she sees her kid in trouble... but a father.. he doesnt know how to do that... here we see what fathers can do.. they do justice.. for everything wrong ever happened to his daughter... chirpy, loving, courageous, righteous, intelligent daughter who was his pride.. and she is dying from inside... he cant see that.. he wont see that..

this is why we look for our father in our husbands.. as we want that pride as well as protectiveness.. SK take a bow for showing that fierce love..

Aditya doesnt cover down though.. he is equally fighting for his love.. his wife.. Hum apni patni se milna chahate hai.. that has different tadap in it.. Indeed he has come along way in this journey.. but SK managed to uilt trip him with few facts.. so much so that Aditya was ready to go to deathbed happily..

He will be saved.. that much s clear but will we get separation.. I am not sure..

Aditya said .. Kyahumaari kahani aise hi khatam ho jayegi?? He is dying to tell imlie that he has told malini.. so not sure if can just let her go without telling her that.. also staying away from imlie has been impossible for BS..

She is fixing him in lodge.. toh woh lodge kaise pohoncha???

So many questions.. so lets wait n watch..

But i have watched the episode like 3 times already.. n loving every bit of it.. again :)

But what an episode after ages. I have probably written all over the forum asking for just two worthy episodes 😆

Aditya’s questions to SK on his whereabouts when the entire incident was transpiring was so on the point too. He is never one to bend in front of everyone without letting them know their shortcomings too. But knowing Imlie did not trust him pretty much was what broke him. Aur karo Malini ke the, Malini ke hain, Malini ke rahenge.

A conversation should help resolve things between Aditya and Imlie but not without making amends with Mithi and the village too I think. Unless something happens to break Imlie into giving in like she did at the hostel 😆 So looks like a whatever that separation that it is supposed to be is in the offing. However short lived it is going to be.

Word to bold. I even loved SKs - kya se kya bana diya. These two men and their love for Imlie knows no bounds and it is so heartening to watch.

It indeed it... and it becomes even more special caz imlie is always under the impressions that she is so easily dispensible and nobody wants her or her happiness besides her Amma.. and here these 2 are fighting to make sure she gets to be happy to be am achiever in life to have the best life possible iske lkye ek marr jaayega bina maut ke and dusra khoon kar dega.. mann just the purity and intensity in these emotions.. so well enacted and portrayed

I loved sk's precious dialogues the most ❤️ him making adi babu going to the guilt trip was one of the much awaited sequence ❤️ he needed to realize badly ki usne kitna darake rakkha tha imlie ko shadi ke pehle din se ki woh bechari malni matlabi ko devi man baithi 😵 n one more thing how can he forget remembering how he took imlie to sidha ashram delhi atehi?!😳 but yah felt bad for majnu adi though 😆 bechara was begging to meet his patni but because of the guilt trip become ready to die tadap tadap ke for doing prayaschit 😆 🥺

Agree on Mithi being the one resolving the MU - Adi still needs to convince SK right? How and when is he going to do that? So both PD and hostel might happen and didi bringing Imilie back to T house 😆

Yes they have built on that secret keeper bond if those two .. there has to be a reason why nithi was brought to shehar other than pronouncing SK as imlie's father na.. there has to be a reason of adi's blind trust in Amma and Amma also not being able to negate his love for imlie despite his situations na.. they better make Amma team damaad ji and put sense into imlie.. it will be worth it

It is bewildering to see How easy and Forgettable it is for Everyone to unsee the Evolution of Aditya and Making him some Monster just caz he got his Memory refreshed of how evil he was once again forgetting his POV in all this yes he was Evil But how conveniently it is forgotten that he was also a victim in all this and he has countless times has apologized for His mistakes and Tried to make up for all his wrong doings..

I get it majority wanted him to pay for his Sins and he is paying But let's not Suffer from short term memory losss as if adi was having some time of his life while imlie was suffering and as if he didn't spend the last 100 episodes trying to make up for his Mistakes.. ( yup around 57/60 ) was the gun shot episodes and since then he is only trying to make amends and give imlie enough khushiyan too along the line in her own language and has only been atoning .

Its amazing to see how he is quickly made into some evil creature as if he wasn't bitter due to injustice that happened to him too and wasn't traumatized of the way things unfolded Just my 2 cents.
