It was somehow moving towards the emotional bond. thats why she decided to go all the way loosing her inhibitions. btw it was clear at the end that they did it or not exactly😆 but yes for sai she took a step ahead and obviously virat is not on the same page. He still thinking it as just physical pleasure and his duty towards his wife. this will lead to misunderstandings soon.
