Tenacity is what you need to tell the truth. Not thinking twice. Once you have acknowledged your mistake, coming clean is the only way you come out of the mess. Wanting to keep Malini happy because you think you are guilty about getting her there is doing a disservice to Malini, to yourself and most importantly to the woman you say you are in love with

And thats exactly what they used to get us so hooked to the story - Adi once he realized the truth seemed so ready , intense, laser focussed and willing to tell the truth...until they lost the momentum, started the delaying tactics and he went from a restless lover to a sorry spineless procrastinating wimp. His dialogues are actually ok - its how he reacts to what Malini says that is not ok. He is not challenging or correcting any of the nonsense she is spouting or standing up for Imlie. And what is with Malini's reference to sharing a bed. Was it meant to draw attention to the fact that they consumated the marriage or were just physically close? They intentionally put those dialogues in to make a point - else I see no need for Malini to use such language. Adi's response - I was trying to watch out for you - yuck!

If Malini had used those words to say how dare Adi put her in such a situation - it would have been ok...the fact that they refrained from her accusing him and instead made her bechari rant about sleeping with someone else's husband and the only reason all this points to is to keep her mahaan. Everything sacrificed on the altar of keeping MAlini mahaan.

@bold - this is the Adi we need consistently when it comes to Malini. Imlie will always be number one priority for him and if that is compromised, then that’s it - shown is going down.

Also looks like there is more to the conversation outside the house and Adi looks irritated in that too 😆

Yesterday I was I had tiny flicker of hope on Malini that she got her self respect back and walk out of the marriage, No she just sank lower . If she had confronted Adi that would be applauded but she drowns in self pity with dragging Adi along with her.

Adi what the hell was he was he thinking in telling Malini that he will stand with decision. Malini asking him to forget his marriage to Imlie and just live her was most appalling thing I have ever heard . Luckily Adi didn’t budge. Adi needs to cut Malini relationship without the friendship tag for him to live his life. This women is like a glue sticking without self respect.

Imlie doubting Adi love will hurt him more. Waiting for that day. At least this girl has self respect to walk out of the relationship and willingness to move forward.

The only highlight was Sk , Meeti and Imlie complete family.

Maybe with Imlie missing Malini will finally see how Adi reaction and love for his missing Jhalli.

Right, extras and contrivedness se zyaada farak nahi padta tha in IB cuz Shivika were always one unit and their characters always remained consistent in spite of the nonsense. And those two things are missing in Adi-Imlie as Lodestar pointed out. They hardly make an effort to be together and now their characters have been dumbed down and compromised to prop Didi.

Illogical stuff can be zoned out, but if Adi-Imlie spend all their time doing Didi ka lihaaz rather than taking steps to fix the situation they are in and be together, what is left that is worth watching in their story? Nothing.

I think we praised it too much and now it's coming back to bite us.😆Not just Didi ki zubaan Fary, things got C grade the moment a couple's bedroom life was being discussed in the open.

The thing is, the reason she left was because she felt betrayed from all sides. So even if her misunderstanding is cleared regarding Adi and she accepts him, her grievance with the Ts' and shehris still remains. So she still has no reason to return with Adi unless the status quo changes and she can live with the Ts' with her dignity intact. Which can only happen if Adi declares her as wife in front of his family.

Her feelings of betrayal will be rendered moot if she returns now to do ghulaami at the altar of Didi's feet. And this will be a hit against her character as well. So my hope is that she does not return and goes back to PD with SK and Meethi for some time. And if she does return, I hope she stays at the hostel and not T house.
