Today really felt bad for Virat

Why virat gave surprised expression when sai said mohit- her relationship can't be compared with pakhi virat's? In hospital too he said he don't know why pakhi doing all these. He knows what pakhi feels for him , he knows what sai thinks about his & pakhi relationship. Still he wonders whenever someone mentions about pakhi behavior towards him & never tries to clarify sai about his broken commitment with pakhi. It is not a virat bashing post. I just wanna know what he is thinking in his mind.
