AY, Thank you , at least some one is on the same page . I think maine ankh bandh kerke episodes dekhe honge🤣 . Please educate me precisely what badlav is he talking about 😆

I do have a question for both AM. WTH were they doing for 7 saal. 🤔 Seriously Adi never saw any red flag about his BFF. Insecurity, weakness, and fake ness . We knew from the first episode, this relation has a short life.
imli se knowledge batne wali lady se sawal is...how come she missed the signs of Adi being a skirt chaser, for 7 saal. Aaj surprisingly divine knowledge kaise mila😆

They both should zip it about being BFF, when either of them hardly knows about the other. I guess picking same shoes makes them BFF by their standard 🤓

And about the episode, may be I’m in the minority today. It was way below my liking.

Actually Didi topped my expectations😆, matlab excessively nasty. Adi, Imli ko chodo, she dragged all men into it . But Adi was disappointing today. I will leave at that.

Truth is out not in a best way, but after seeing today’s episode I highly doubt it will move the story any forward.

I never believed in phrase , pyar me log andhe hote hai. At least episode proved me wrong on that🤣

Honestly how blind can you be, she was the only person on the side walk. And imlie ke mathe pe patti thi, ankh pe nahi. Missed Adi in red car passing by.😆

Don’t get me start on the poem, could not make head or tail of it.😆

And Aditya will be back to saying ab jo bhi hoga saath mein hoga lekin saari gaaliyan toh milengi Imlie ko 🤷🏻‍♀️

Lol arey Didi ji aayengi na Imlie ko bachaane aur T house waapis laane. Fikar not. Phir Adi side pe khadaa hoke khush hoga ki dono “sisters” mein “patch up” hogaya😆.

He toh anyways thinks ki sach bataa ke sab all izz well hogaya 😆. As if sach bataane se Malini apni Maa ko lekar dafaa ho jaayegi inki lives se 😆. Baat toh wahin rahegi ki gaaliyaan Imlie ko milengi, Adi will maaro some taunts to AC, then REQUEST his “BFF” Malini to samjhaao her mom, Malini will still defend her Mom’s ghatiya harkatein as “fikar” and round and round we’ll keep going 🤷‍♀️😂.

Cuz you see, Malini ji eternal victim hain toh eternal lihaaz bhi toh rehna hai na? 😆....jo log lihaaz and sympathy na dein inhein, woh heartless 😛.

Behen, Aditya can get direct with only one person. And that is Imlie. Malini se kuch bhi kehne ka courage kisi mein bhi nahin hai. She will pull all the strings and they will all willingly be her puppets. T house se jaane wali nahin madam.

I do not see any scope for getting anything more on the Aditya and Imlie front other than whatever few episodes we get next week. Malini and her divorce and her useless journey will be front and center.

Same. At the most we will get some nice heartfelt emotional scenes between Adi Imlie but overall status quo will remain the same until Malini is in T house and the divorce isn’t finalized. Upcoming will likely be a mix of Adi-Imlie moments in T house and Baaki family ka atyachaar on Imlie as they still remain under the EMA delusion while Malini cries for sympathy in various ways 🤷‍♀️ Lol

And reading that another relocation is on the cards? 😆 Means one more week of story going haywire as they adjust to whatever location they land in next 🤷‍♀️😆

I was glad that at least today neither Malini nor Adi talked about their own relationship with respect to their grand love for each other😛. Deep down in their hearts they have always known that their relationship was never about any grand love but just about convenience in their comfort as bf & gf. Hence Malini's constant insecurity & Adi's emotional distance from her. It was only after their marriage was fixed that they tried to change it into some big grand love- Adi due to his own guilt & anger regarding his marriage to Imlie & Malini due to wanting the fairy tale love story for herself. But in actuality their relationship was always based on practicality & convenience.

Really? You sure they know that? 😛

I would say we, the audience can see a lot of things as being obvious but the characters in the story never will. Same way Adi blurts out many times that he sees Mrs C in Malini and finds her soch ghatiya but he still continues to coddle her, pacify her, and call a person with ghatiya soch his BFF🤷‍♀️😂.

When they never bother clarifying how he thinks a person with elitist thinking and ghatiya soch is his BFF, why would they ever bother showing what they know “deep in their hearts”? 🤷‍♀️

I actually expect they will continue to try to revisit the “made for each other” angle for AM through the perception of other characters since Adi doesn’t want to bother with acknowledging his fundamental incompatiblities with Malini. Lol it’s easier to just say Imlie changed him 🤷‍♀️....and that’s that 😆

Replying now because I only got a chance to rewatch the epi now and make some sense of it (I think).😆

@AY I also have no regrets (about enjoying the precap yesterday) haha, will never forget the high of hearing that 'you are not my wife' line from Adi for the first time.😆 And yeah, he just looked like he wanted to get it over with, which maybe the reason for his vague dialogues.

After re-watching the epi it seemed to me that the point of the epi was to demonstrate to the audience how Adi, Imlie & Malini are all victims of circumstance and what happened is no one's fault but now their lives have forever become connected.😆 That's why all the important flashbacks were shown LOL.

The entire AM sequence was an exercise in spoon-feeding the audience.😛 Adi was deliberately made to say he loves Imlie first to set up Didi's accusations of EMA and Adi being a cheater...accompanied by Didi's character slander of Adi-Imlie.🤔 Adi replied she isn't the wife, showing to audience there's no question of EMA with Imlie. This was followed by Adi reminding her that he told her before that Imlie is wife (LOL and Didi's fainting flashback was also shown), demonstrating to audience that he isn't a cheater.😆 Adilie tamancha wedding flashbacks were also shown to remind people again that Adi-Imlie got married.😆 I had to laugh at his "Kuch bhi humaare control mein nahi tha" with the AM wedding flashbacks.🤣 Like he didn't marry Malini out of his own volition. This clearly shows that the writers don't intend to address the bigamy angle any time soon, as AY pointed out. To sum up, the entire sequence seemed like a recap of what happened so far, spoon-feeded to audience along with the flashbacks provided as evidence.😆

Also, I interpreted his "Hum badal gaye" dialogue slightly differently. I don't think he meant that he changed because of Imlie or his love for Imlie. I think in that context he meant that initially he intended to nibhaoo his dosti with Malini for the rest of his life, but somewhere along the line what he wanted out of life changed because he fell in love with Imlie. I think the change is referring to a change in his priorities/desire in life, and not a change induced in him by Imlie. This was again emphasised by his dialogue "Jo rishta humesha humaare liye bojh tha ab hum usse accept karna chahte hai". Showing that what he wanted out of life changed. But as Fary said a few pages back, the dialogue was vague/needed more clarity. No wonder we are all interpreting it differently.😆 But maybe this was intentional, so that different sections of the audience can interpret it to suit their own purpose.😛

As others have already mentioned, Adi explaining the whens and whys of him falling for Imlie would have been wasted on Didi, and Adi probably also doesn't care what she thinks anyway.smiley37 So I'm also glad Adi didn't talk about that.smiley17 As for Adi telling Malini he never loved her, I guess that didn't factor into his one point agenda today.smiley36Which was to tell her that Imlie is his wife and declare his decision to accept that rishta. There is no room for peripherals in his mind like when the relationship with Malini changed and that he never loved her.🤣 For Adi, his Imlie truth supersedes all other truths and getting that out of his system was his only priority.😆 The fact that he never loved Malini maybe the elephant in the room for us, but for him it's not even an ant.🤣

Apart from the bizarre backdrop of Malini acting like a jilted wife after revealing to Adi that she has a lover, my main grievance was Adi's token "Bas" retort after Malini spewed her venom for Imlie. But ofc writers had the perfect excuse that this was Adi's way of preventing Malini from diverting the conversation. I get it. But every time Imlie gets denigrated, Adi gets angry in the moment. And then next moment all is well and his fraandship with her remains in tact, in spite of the serious lack of respect she shows for him and Imlie. Not that I expect better from Didi, but this behaviour of Didi followed by Adi giving duhaai of his 7 year old friendship with her was a strange viewing experience to say the least.😕 How does a friendship sustain without basic respect is beyond me.

It was also hilarious how Adi suddenly remembered Didi's lover in the car, but that didn't cross his mind when she was enraged accusing him of having EMAs.😆Sadly, I think we need to resign ourselves to these convenient loopholes and Malini's crassness being overlooked by everyone.🤔

@bold: Yes, that was definitely the INTENT of the episode....but the execution left a lot to be desired😆.....atleast for me. But I guess seeing so many others here justifying Malini's reactions and giving her the lihaaz and sympathy of being "jilted wife", I'm probably in the minority on that one that I feel literally nothing for her so called victimization anymore😆......maybe others here have larger hearts than me to be giving consideration to a woman who never shows any consideration for others *shrugs*......so in that sense, writers ki spoonfeeding worked I guess....lol cuz even those otherwise irritated with Malini are giving her consideration as a "victim" today😆.

Re: the hum badal gaye line.....lol I honestly don't even have the energy to care anymore😆....*insert Imlie wala ab kya farak padta hai gif*😆......my point simply was that the way it was worded, especially in the wake of Malini's many accusations regarding how he "changed overnight" after supposedly loving her for so long😆....it just didn't land right.....and gave credence to the continued accusations of how he tossed Malini aside for Imlie supposedly overnight. Otherwise change itself is not the issue....I do understand that Imlie essentially brought about the "change" of him understanding what he wants from life....would have been nice if they made him say that instead of just a generic badal gaye line.....but as you said, they would rather leave things half-baked so everyone can have their own takeaways from it....lol

I never wanted him to describe the whens and whys of how he fell in love with Imlie to Malini😆.....already said two days back that it would be a total waste.....but yes, the writers as usual diverted away from the core issues.....no acknowledgement of the bigamy angle😆 - still continuing to keep it vague like Adi just "fell into" marrying Malini and didn't actively make that choice with a clear mind😆.....still continuing to push a non-existent "friendship" between two people who are just so horribly depressing to watch together in any scene. Agar actual friendship hoti toh their scenes wouldn't have such a soul-sucking vibe together.....kuch feel hota for their history.....but all they invoke is depression and delusion.....and we are still expected to view them as "victims of circumstances all in the same boat"😆.

Anyways, I'm tired of all this and jab Adi-Imlie ke koi scenes aayenge dhang se, toh hopefully I can focus on those as stand alones.....cuz the writing will remain poor on this AM fraandship related backdrop - there's no helping it and I guess why should they bother cuz most people here anyways don't think that needs fixing and will happily swallow whatever is shown of Malini....usne ek token line maar di of calling herself "dusri" and people actually think that means she's all remorseful for real now😆......and then this duhaai of 7 saal ki friendship when we are never shown even basic communication between these two people.....lol yet I see justifications of how nice it was that Adi ne 7 saal ki dosti ko intact rakha and bas wife wala rishta hataya😆
