Tbh, I realised one thing that Shaan was the pampered chota bhai of the house. Tej took decisions on his behalf making him spinesless in the process. Even when Tej told him to trust his bada bhai n all...i realised Shaan apne Tej bhaisahab ki sunta hai and woh jaisa bolte hai waisa karna hai. Mostly Tej was considered to be wisest amongst his siblings ,thats why Shaan turned out this way ( extra pampered ) 😆.

But Shauyra is the eldest. He's given responsibilities which he has never failed to fulfill. He takes his work seriously, and knows how to be assertive. He is pampered from the outside, but the void that his mother caused makes him feel not actually feel that love.

Yes. Shaan does seem to be that pampered kid.

Otherwise, while he was wasting away his life with alcohol, someone else would have pulled him up and put him to task.

I mean , of course he could still be miserable but not waste 25 years of his life !!!

Shaurya has been clay for BM- hers to mould !

Tej said the other day along the lines that BM has defined everything in SS's life according to her wish, I am sure as SS grew up he must be aware of the same

i am seriously hoping ki jab they explore SHastha revelation wala track, there are NO disturbances, COVID or otherwise. no practical difficulties. kyunki THAT is where i want full focus on Shakhi and Shastha focus with TejVi's downfall. i want him to break down and i want him to bash each and every person involved in it, because he was the one who suffered the most.

while on that topic, btw i was rewatching first few epis and on the day the engagement broke Shaan had tried to convince Shaurya to not let apshagun go. and in that he told him with his own effing mouth - i couldnt take a stand for my wife and for you (or myself, dont exactly remember that part), but you should, for Shagun! Shaurya thankfully did not listen to him at the time, but i was surprised Shaan himself said that out loud to Shaurya.

Had SS backed out for any reason , they would have defended him by acknowledging the reason. his love would not be questioned .

This is why Shaan thinks SS cannot take a stand in love, like him.
