Sai's acting was off in that comical scene before Farad enters the room. To tell the truth, his claim that he will not suicide and his final laugh, all looked soo cringy 😒

@Bold exactly ! IPK is what came to my mind when I saw this episode...I actually loved Khushi's nokjhok with Arnav but they only showed such scenes after a few weeks when khushi got a bit more comfortable with him and not in the next episode itself.🤦‍♂️ The episodes after their marriage was intense and we could feel the hate between them but the CV's slowly brought comedy which was fun to watch..

Today's episode was not fun.😵 It was cringy and totally out of place.

That's why I said when the scene is poorly written, then its bound to fall flat. Sai's acting in that scene did NOT work for me at all. I so wish they had shown him taking his anger/frustration out in a boxing scene.. having flashbacks of them.. That would have worked much better in the current scheme of things.. In IPK, I absolutely loved the episodes right after the marriage. The greh pravesh, their suhag raat that never happened, the first rasoi, all that was beautifully done...I know the situation is different because there they both were in love and about to confess before the MU happened and here they are not even close to liking each other but still they can do much better than having this silly fights so early on..

But I feel Raghav's character is crazy when it comes to Pallavi , the scene was okay for me. Coz when he came to ask her , she pulled the trick of removing him from the room.

He isn't serious when it comes to Pallavi right now. He is still a kid who craves for his mother that's all. He doesn't understand duniya daari yet like Pallavi does. When he falls for her, he would feel the pain she felt coz of his defamation.

Now him suddenly thinking much will not be suited too. Coz for him he took badla with Pallavi for his sister nothing else. So when he falls he will realize that.

I already told previously that Pallavi's tactics n stuff will remain childish like this. She has this innocence. A small achievement for Pallavi is big. So i don't think Pallavi or Raghav is that crude to keep the cruelty on.

both do stuffs n then forget. It has been the same from start so I always imagined the same scenario. So i didn't get much shocked n felt unfit.

Sorry yaar but my brain stops working whenever I hear the logic "he is a kid at heart" misguided hai. Please dont take any offence. I know he feels nothing for her. Ek hate tha ab to wo bhi nahi hai because he has achieved what he wanted to in order to take his revenge, even if it has backfired on him. Besides irritation, for using his bathroom and bedroom, or being on his face 24*7 now, he doesnt feel anythinh for her..I understand that. But isnt it normal human reaction, to feel bad/uncomfortable/somewhat guilty to know that the magnitude of the damage he did to her by character assaulting her is much more than he thought, because the said girl is not even the daughter but bahu of the house. You dont have to be attracted or in love with a person to feel some basic human emotions right? That's my complain with the writers..

I totally agree, I also felt that we would get a decent monologue from him. I would never take offence for stating your viewpoint.

or atleast he would talk to Farhad abt it . Or else Farhad would say to his anna something in regards to it.

I feel the writers r also in immense pressure in the situation. We can see editing issues n many stuff in episodes too. Even shivu seems to be sick, So they are making Sai rush up on acting stuff too. Sai really looked pressured too in all episode.

They are unable to handle it too.

After seeing the lead up to the wedding and widow reveal, I am beginning to wonder if the writers are doing this deliberately to Raghav's character, to show that he won't introspect, that he won't care beyond his own goals because he's self-centered. If that is the case, then be ready for more madness.

When Amma told him off for blackmailing Pallavi, his first reaction wasn't of embarrassment, guilt, or being apologetic. Rather, he was annoyed that Pallavi had ratted him out. I don't know where his focus is sometimes when it comes to social/relationships stuff. Or should I say he has zero focus on this?

@bold- then keep him self centered but dont make him a joke. That scene was just pathetic where he talks about suicide. It wasnt funny at all.. the dialogues, the laugh, the entire scene from the point he walks in the bedroom screaming saree ka dukaan, till amma comes in, was just a very poorly written scene and some very average acting.

A self obsessed, ego centric man can also be shown sombre and brooding or even hot headed. why cant we have that instead of this OTT drama?

He's going to lose customers or get in trouble because he failed to meet business commitments because of her. I have a feeling she will cross the line one day, otherwise how will these two be even in their revenge and wrongdoing?

i agree.....she has to cross the line so they can be equal and its going to happen soon....

Seriously. I mean his first reaction after he gets to know that she's a widow was storming into the bedroom screaming at the top of his lungs, "saree ka dukaan ye kya tamasha kiya bahar" I mean! The fact that now he knows she is a widow just popped up as a matter of fact statement in between some inconseqential non sense blabbering wondering where she got this renewed courage?

I am unable to understand exactly when and how this man will start getting affected? Wouldn't it have made much more sense if this truth revelation had made some impact on his thought process vis a vis Pallavi? Instead of some stupid chicken pox track they are about to have where he will take care of her and suddenly inke dil aur dimag ki batti jalegi?

I felt sad for Raghav in a way. Everybody comes n slaps him.

I loved how comically he took her widow status. The guy is pure. He still has the innocence intact inside that shrewd business man.

oh i feel for raghav every second........and i hate it when he is being slapped by useless people.......i agree to bold lines so much

I think the writers in general dealt with the widow reveal very lamely. They made pallavi use the widow reveal as a means to one up on raghav by doing tamasha in front of all. Followed by raghavs childish reaction to it. There was no sensitivity involved at all by the writers for this widow factor in raghvi’s journey as a couple.
All episodes post marriage sequence have been extremely disappointing.

I too loved his reaction to the widow truth. He gave the widow reveal - a "so what" reaction. Widows are treated with so much superstition and pity. The entire vibe of the show from beginning has been of a bechari Pallavi. It is surprisingly good to see his non reaction and him treating her as before. He did note that she did all this for her in-laws and not for a family related by blood. The laugh however felt out of place and cringe 🤮.
