Actually those dialogues were totally a mix of lust , jealousy and posessivness.

The way he started accusing her of "using her body" to attract men was actually all implying to him. And then he displayed his soch about "small town women" , because his mom was from there and he felt she also uses his father for money. The same thing he implied there to her, saying she's just like that. All in all, he revealed all the things that attracted him to her and put the blame on her that she's using her feminine and innocent side to get attention. According to him "attention mil rahi hai toh kyu nahi legi".
