My Biasness

It's a random topic, but I decided to post it because I realized I'm very biased towards Krishna.

The situation with Kriya is currently a role reversal from the Balwant track.

Krishna was hiding the truth about Garv's involvement from Pratigya in the Balwant track. He assumed she would choose her ethics over her family, and in the process of keeping his secret, he was hurting Pratigya. I hate to say it again, but he slapped her out of frustration and anger, and he also verbally abused her. We saw Krishna's pain every time he hurt her.

Pratigya was perplexed by his behavior, but she quickly forgave him for all of his errors. Pratigya literally burst into tears when the truth was revealed to her, and the fact that Krishna had hidden it from her made matters worse. She forgave him, understanding his reasons, but he did mistrust her right😕

Pratigya is now hiding her cancer from Krishna in the current track. He has the right to know (just as Prats had the right to know about Garv), but she is aware of his depth of love for her and her fear that Krishna will not be able to take the truth, combined with Amma's (who for some reason has been Pratigya's fav since season 1 and she chooses to trust this vile woman always) influence on her to get another woman in his life and make her hate him, she is in turn hurting Krishna. Every time she hurts him, we see her suffer as well.

Krishna is perplexed by her abrupt change in behavior, just as she was about his in the Balwant track.

So far, Pratigya has been rude to him, but according to tonight's precap, one verbal insult from Pratigya to Krishna, and I lose my marbles.

Both of them were wrong in their respective tracks, though I did acknowledge Krishna was wrong in hiding things from Pratigya, but I easily forgave him; however, whenever Pratigya hurts and insults Krishna, I see green and am unable to empathize with her as much as I do with Krishna.

This is clearly incorrect on my part. Maybe because Krishna is my all-time favorite character and I'm incapable of exercising independent judgment when it comes to him. I've always felt that he is the stronger link in the Kriya relationship; ironically, none of Prat's Pratigya's accomplishments would be possible if he wasn't by her side.

Krishna has always been so expressive with his love while Pratigya is the introvert one. However, this does not mean Pratigya loves Krishna any lesser. But still, dil to Krishna ka hai ji!!

To cut a long story short, I'm watching the story from Krishna's point of view, and I'm on his side.

I will always root for Kriya and do not want Meera to interfere, we have seen Kriya and their journey in season 1, lets not this one thing, compare Pratigya and Meera. I still strongly believe only Pratigya can handle Krishna and she is the reason behind his positive change.
