Cause Actors ko itni kambi chutti nahi milti. Especially when that actor is so important in the show. Unko overtime karke shoot karna padta hai if they want 2-3 days leave also. Sirif emergency situations and health issues me chutti milti hai itni lambi.

Infact ek clause hota hai contract me , when u sign, its written ki when and how many leaves u can take.

Bas emergency and health issues me yeh clause apply nahi hota.

I know all this kyunki meri cousin bhi hai issi industry mei...ussne bataya tha 😆
