PM spent the valuable time of the country which he could’ve spent on strategizing for the country instead and may be today we would’ve had more Oxygen plants and people wouldn’t have died. He not just was complacent himself, he literally announced to the country that India has defeated Covid which made people more complacent.

For one last time, are you guys so blinded by your love for Modi that you don't even realize that PM is above and beyond and local CM? Your need to protect and justify him is so far gone that now you guys don’t even hesitate in reducing the stature of a PM to a CM? I was clearly gloating about Mamta kicking Modi to the curb 😆 with her broken leg- it’s the Modi’s defeat I and the rest of the country was gloating about. There were people way down south who are celebrating this. You mean to say they care for Mamta? You are going around preaching about ideology, it’s your ideology after all which is blinding you to the facts. And unfortunately you are so far gone in your love for Modi that you are deliberately trying to derail the conversation.

Modi is the PM of the country. At a time when the second wave was peaking, he held multiple rallies in WB - without following COVID protocols, and actually encouraging and praising the people for coming out in droves. When covid second wave peaked - he was holding rallies in the morning (ignoring the second wave) and then coming at night and blaming the public for the condition ki 'log beparwah ho gaye hain and covid protocol follow nahi kar rahe hain'

The ECI set the WB election schedule in 8 phases to suit BJP and their multiple rallies. So Modi could have easily influenced or ATLEAST openly advised them to put a hold on the elections and postpone it. He did the opposite.

Mamata / Yogi / Kejri ko bhi gaali pad rahi hai. At local, state level. But Modi and Shah will have to face the ire of the nation because the country is their responsibility and they pretty much have blood on their hands now.

The gloating is there (while not justified in current situation) because Modi and Shah, despite their state machinery, supportive mainstream media, totally biased election commission, special friends like Yogi/Mithun and their own chest thumping failed to get even 3 digits in a state they were openly saying they would get 200+ seats. I understand he time in Bangla but telling politician not to do election/rallies is like telling SRK we want your movie but not to do shooting.

As far as I know PM informed about second wave in January only, oxygen plant in state was CM responsibility they even transfer money by December for the same many states did that only Delhi was left even after that their was oxygen shortage I remember Thackray and Kejriwal thanked Centre for oxygen supply but this wave went far and coz of shortage we are importing from out India definitely it will take time

Also covid-19 came back from Kumbh and from Maharashtra the migrants came back from that state to UP, Bihar and Delhi get affected but we cant blame Maha CM for that its public who really need to follow covid protocol

Fact is that no political party or head of states or head of nation or head of judiciary gave a damn about COVID19 guidelines and citizen's well being

Mamata or other chief Ministers aren't there to defeat Modi, they are head of their states, all I see is gloating over BJP's defeat, now who cared about people who might have been infected in Mamata or anyone else's rally

Modi has more responsibilities but people choose CM for a reason, they are responsible towards their states, mostly because health is state issue

This was a lie propagated on SM by the IT cell. They leaked the tender document for allocation of state wise fund for oxygen plants and conveniently did not share the other document which clearly showed that the company which was going to install the oxygen plants was to answer to the Centre and was hired by the Centre.

Besides this specific case, the state definitely failed to install oxygen plants on their own because there was no clause to stop them. There was massive state failure across multiple states, but I just wanted to call out the above misinformation
