Oh I completely agree that unless until society will not change or accept the change nothing is going to be better but dear legal aspects plays a great role in our lives although we don't seem to care much look before sec 377 scrapping homosexuality was a punishable offense,and now think for homosexual people living in a socitey where it is a taboo as well as offense or living in a society where it is a taboo but lagal protection available is anytime better but I completely agree people need to change their outlook and legal aspect plays a bigger role,now people who understand better could openly support them which will create difference in future becoz badlav ek din mein nahi ata kahin se shuruaat karni padati hai uski and scrapping of 377 was that beginning not the conclusion but it is beginning towards change thats why its historical.

I know that very well why marital rape is not considered offense in India still I have seen many cases and thats why I wanted it to be an offense becoz due to fear of misuse we can't deny legal protection as than many laws are there which could be misused and We very well know that.
