Agree-I also felt story seems to be on track. The only way Imlie would have been able to leave the house is when BS is not there and Anu clearly used that to her advantage today.

My heart went out to Imlie today.. what can she say or do?? when both Apu n Pankaj were asking to leave.

No wonder she was looking sad in the BTS.

This is her vanvaas now in Asoka Vatika, surrounded by richness, abused by Anu, pining for Adi and feeling sad.😭
