As with everything, it's generally money that one can afford to lose that's used to gamble.

Very few folks would do it as a full time profession- it's as stressful as the stock market, if not worse.

Think you can cash out early though at lower odds though- you need not wait for the entirety of the game for your bet to fully materialise.

Eg- if I had Gayle as top scorer, and Gayle started going hammer and tongs in yesterday's game against RCB. When he was 36 (13) and Rahul still way behind him, I could've potentially cashed out in a profit scenario instead of waiting for the game to conclude.
