Why did Imlie say that he is there and that why she is scared? Is it because she is worried he will blow up? What was the context?

People are acting as if we want romance or something is why we’re mad, it’s not about romance at all. Saare show mein chaar paanch hi toh waise scenes mile and we still remain loyal because it’s never been about faltu romantic gestures uspe hi itna deeply koi connect hota toh abhi hum yahan un fazool ke zero chemistry ke adi mun scenes ke liye naare laga rahe hote

It’s about their individual characteristics and the depth of their emotional connection. This is a first I had seen in a long time in itv, this natural subtle love that actually makes you think ke oh these people really are soulmates. That’s what’s missing right now and that’s why these token scenes are getting on my nerves now.

Romance hi dekhna hota toh we can watch 100s of other shows which give plenty of romantic scenes without any story😆. Yaha pe apna dimaag nahi patak rahe hote inke subtle interactions main ek rooted complex emotional journey dekhke for these particular characters😆. What a joke🤣.

If the writers continue to stick with this storyline only for 1 more month then I am sure that all of its loyal viewers will get totally disconnected & will find it difficult to reconnect with the characters & story. Unless they start doing significant damage control seeing the viewers response, they are going to lose their loyal fan base.

By damage control I don't mean 🍭 of Adi-Imlie scenes where they romance or just talk as if talking to a cutout rather than the love of their life😆. What made us root for them to be together even when they were in a disconnected space with only negative interactions as their major scenes with only 2 mins screen time together was their individual characters & that instinctual connect that they had.

We tolerated about nearly 80 epis of Adi berating Imlie & doing Moon Jaap & still found how much he cared for her by his indirect actions, sometimes significant actions & what was left unsaid most of the times between them. Not due to some token romance scenes😆.

So the damage control that they need to do is first of all bring back their original characterisation & showcase their connect with each other in their usual subtle manner. Only that can make the viewers connect back to the story.

@bold: Yes, the issue isn't Malini's presence....she has been omnipresent since the beginning of the story but Adi-Imlie's instinctual connect was never diluted/sacrificed simply to feed her presence in the story.

I'm honestly wondering if the writers think Adi-Imlie can't talk until they get married again....lol they are acting like Adi-Imlie ka aapas mein do minute baat karna bhi paap hai ab😕.....itna toh they were never shown being conscious before....if they kill the communication between Adi-Imlie simply over this endless guilt and propping up of Malini, that's when the show will be done for.....everyone can't keep hanging in limbo waiting for the psycho Queen to be done with her twisted games before Adi-Imlie supposedly have "permission" to talk again.....if their relationship is always going to be Malini ki mohtaaaj, then what was the point of all the grand kismat bhaasans and signs of destiny? Where are all those indicators aajkal? Mumbai to Hyd shifting mein woh bhi gaayab ho gaye?😆

LOL yes, she's worried these days that him being supportive only means trouble😆....that's what she was trying to say. Cuz she worries about what he will end up doing/saying while trying to support her and it will create more conflict with Malini/rest of the family.

And then the whole him.in awee of her ke she can handle all this aise it didn't had any feel thoda sa more emotion wouldn't have hurt anyone

This is imlie oops malini 2.0 .. yahan kuch hai hi nahi.. we will have to see this as a season 2 of sorts jahan shaklein wohi rehti hain baaki sab badal jaata hai

Malini always has had significant screen space since the start. So it is not an issue. Issue is the disconnect between Adi-Imlie & their own character graphs which have to be adjusted to continue the illusion of mahaan Malini.

I would have still found some respect for Malini if after seeing Adi's indifference to even her suicide attempt, she would have made the decision to leave him. That would have been a step in the right direction for her character as well if they want to keep her character relevant to the story till the end. But because of their need to drag the story now & keep Adi-Imlie relationship in a limbo for no reason that I can deduce, they will continue to degrade her character as well.

Are we supposed to believe that Adi-Imlie have no right to move ahead in their life until Malini decides that they have been punished enough & she can do the mahanta of releasing them from her clutches? What BS man😡. Then as you said what about all the destiny ka signals & their deep love for each other? Inka kya hum achaar daale🤣.

I have just one thing to say to the writers- freaking grow up, accept you made a bad blunder & rectify the damage at the earliest. Otherwise sayonara😈.

in the past, we've had better episodes as you mentioned, pr for the past 2-3 weeks, sorta a sharp steep in the storyline & all we've chewing is on lollipops whether it is connecting between the leads, the supporting characters, etc...

so isse behtar k save up some more lollipops 🍭 if they want to make a comedy circus out of the characters...today, adi just looked completely dead as if malini suffocated the life out of him k usko khud ko hi doubt hora h k kya next hoga & whether there is full determination or not and then with imlie, its like woh sach boldega sab sahi hojaega & whatnot par its just like, "he's said it before.. what next? no conviction"

I did the punya ka kaam of not watching the epi today after reading the wu😳. I didn't want to repeat yesterday's mistake😆.

I will continue to not watch the show based on Wu for a while & if it seems like it will continue for more than a week then aur bhi shows hai duniya main dekhne ke liye😆. It was just that a show compelled me to invest my free time to such an extent after such a long time.

Nice that now I can watch some other stuff which has been on my watchlist or rewatch some of my old faves if nothing else.

It is upon the show runners now what they want to do to the show. Audience has many options for entertainment other than the show. It is their headache now how to retain their viewers after totally bungling up the show😆. Sannu ki🤣.
