The only silver linings I can think of if such a thing happens is:
1. Raavi and Shiva's relationship will dramatically improve after this and she won't be stuck as a broken recorder with the "You've left me with the goons!" (Side Note: Every time she says this, I want to slap my head and tell her, just give them shampoo and rice from the store and they'll let you go, girl! Wasn't this your original plan?) So, we'll actually be seeing some sort of character growth and development here that is long-lasting instead of the short "romance" moments we've been seeing
2. Kanwar is going to rock the scene, and he'll shoot for the stars afterwards! Making sure a breakdown is "convincing" is hard. This was Kathir's turning point as a character in the Tamil version, and I know Kanwar will do all he can to make sure the scene is heartfelt and impactful.
