Also, did Vansh mixed 2nd dose in the milk? We have a possibility here.

I'm worried about two things

1. Kabir said if Vansh knows her truth he will kill you

2. Ridhima said that the truth is not just about her but also includes Vansh himself

Now both are two contradicting lines. I do hope makers remember what they said will show accordingly rather than they forgot and this whole plot is going to turn something new altogether.
