Truth questions wouldn't always be like sharing your personal experience. It can be a creative question and those question will have creative answer.

Example : If you could change one thing about the world what would you?

^its personal as it's your view but at the same the answer can be creative.

Now if you have a question with personal experience such as share the worst food combination you have had!

^in questions such as this, how much you share matters. Like add details about the food, how you felt, where you ate.. something like that.

In short, content matters. And you will be given points solely based on your content. How well you answer a question, how much you share and how creative you can get (in some creative questions) is what matters.
