I don't think it is going to be that much impactful going by Today's episode.

3. If Black mamba sent sara then what's the role of the deal with Vyom.. why was she handing everything to Vyom.

4. I am doubting the CVS will destroy vangre bond by making 'angre' black mamba.

5. Personally I want it to be Aryan.

They can show he was acting as dumb but is still a player underneath. Manasvi will justify as a villain too.
