Shaurya did see Shagun going back on her word as a betrayal. And since he didn't really love her, it was easier to let her go with her choice. Unlike in the case of Anokhi, he chased after her and brought her back to SIAC.

I hope Anokhi keeps that in mind that Shagun did come back after leaving. Shagun is saying that she loves a man who blackmailed her?

ITV also goes too fast from dating to marriage. ShaKhi doesn't even have a foundation fully built for Anokhi to worry about if Shaurya will be against her having a career.

@bold: That was my first thought too. The couple has not even confessed properly. The relationship is ambiguous in more ways than one. There have been very few candid or even serious conversations amongst them. They know very little about each other's thoughts, struggles, dreams and families and they want to start with talking career after marriage. Has Shaurya shared what he wants in his life professionally yet so why is Anokhi worrying about it?

Has Shaurya proposed marriage already? Also people change as they grow and when they are in relationships sometimes knowingly and sometimes even without realizing. Their dreams, thoughts and behavior change as well. Happy go lucky people can turn controlling and abusive and vice versa. It is definitely a conversation to be had but probably at a later date.

Let us assume Shaurya says he wants a homemaker because he wants a mother present for his kids, does Anokhi not want that too? Can she not convince him that she can do both? Also can she fall out of love and walk away just because of that? I wish life was that linear and simple.
