Even though I do find seeing Sonu Nigam's name 5 times on the home page somewhat unexciting.

Also, by the time Sonu Nigam came into priminence, the Kumar Sanu-Nadeem-Shravan era was at it's tail end.

Yeah, they definitely gave Kumar Sanu too many songs in the 90s. Most of the singers listed in the original post are far more talented and versatile in my opinion.

i can not make it mean, is it due to kumar sanu that all nadeem shravan songs sound so monotonous or is it due to nadeem shravan that kumar sanu all songs sound same in range, feel , expression, scale 😃, his songs were so predictable ,,,,especially of 1990 to 1995 time period , one could not make a difference of similar kind of songs with different lyrics

Alka Yagnik is definitely overrated but she had to rule the music industry.
