Guys i guess the pace of the show is really good rn, it would be so out of character for them to suddenly feel all lovey dovey right after 2 days of marriage when there’s years of animosity between them. I think maybe makers want to get all this out of the way, them feeling all this nafrat bhari feeling and letting it out is important for them to start their relationship. They aren’t GauRa who were friends before and had respect for eachother if not love. Shiva hadn’t left one chance to let Raavi know how much he hated her before marriage, so Raavi is bound to think worst of him. I hope here shiva is shown more patient and understanding in face of her anger than him bhadkooing at her accusations.

I'm pretty sure it was there the wedding night and never taken off. Also storeroom hai, make it look nice and aesthetically pleasing and maybe everyone might forget it's a storeroom 😆
