Nope. Goa is super tiny state and there is a super tiny konkani film industry. Goa doesn’t have any sets. When movies or ad shoots happen they create their own set in an existing building, houses or villages. For eg. Rohit shetty creates his own set. He uses old GMC building which is now iffi office in all his movies - either as a police station or a hospital or something else.

I get that maybe sets aren't readily available, but I figure they can get their hands on some equipment at least.
They've shot in outside locations before. I'm not sure if it's the Goan sun, but it's throwing the entire coloring off onscreen.

I think that's the big misconception that India is going through. Everyone is just shifting areas as if Covid isn't everywhere. And eventually all the states infrastructures are going to be affected badly.
Did Goa have a good vaccine drive? Did a lot people get vaccinated?
