Today I was talking to Rimi about this...

I observed a strange aggression in Babli since holi.. and I suspect sibling jealousy buried under her concern for her.

I mean Babli did not get her love, she caved under the abuse by her father and husand while Anokhi is in love, lives respectfully, is independent and over all lives a better life.

I am not saying that she wants to sabotage ShaKhi but I do find it strange that Babli is not being rational and patient while explaining things to her. And she knows Anokhi is a fighter.. If she can fight for her rights, she can go to great lengths for her love if her father tries to oppress her.

Babli ne apni life me kuch accha hote nahi dekha that's way jab anokhi ki life me kuch accha ho raha hai to use believe nahi ho raha hai ki itni easily sab itna perfect kaise ho sakta hai.

Idk... It could sum up to sibling rivalry IF what i noticed is ACTUALLY there... Or maybe she will be jolted back once Anokhi takes a firm stand that she is not giving up on Shaurya.

I don't know if we'll even have them address how bad their dad was. Even the way Babli talked yesterday about her dad as if he has any more rights on Anokhi, I feel like they're trying to whitewash him a bit.

The problem is in babli's soch she has lived through that oppression which has turned her into a product of patriarchy she thinks she is inferior to men. So to her what papa ji was doing was nikki's bhalai. So his intentions were good in getting nikki married to a guy but everything was spoiled because that guy was cheat pervert etc etc but her papa ji's intentions were clean.

Thats why she never ever had guts to question Mr. Bhalla or leave her husband for heavens sake. She is living in that marriage where she also loves somebody else. Its not that she is in love with her husband she is clearly not but she isnt leaving.

And plus in the last vineet and babli scene when babli came back from SIAC and vineet was threatening her that he ll call her papa ji. She was scared because everybody knows that her papa ji isn't going to keep her with him he ll shove off all his responsibilities.
