Exactly this part is confusing cos Vyom yesterday said he was stalking her for BB n now the antidote is with him

if Vyom didn't send her how does he have the antidote?

Sia thingy too either Vansh lied to Ridz about Sia n his people r finding her

or if she left on her n was safe then ... why did Vyom challenge Vansh?
