Help! Cannot login with old id

Have been facing issues with login. I can’t login using my old id. Tried using the password reset option but no reset link was sent to my email despite many attempts. I even contacted moderators but no reply. I don’t know who to ask hence posting here.

Can somebody plz help? My previous Id had IF Sizzler status and now I’m newbie. It’s really disappointing ☹️
