Somewhere I feel that the directors and writers of the show want to show the connection between them but they don't want the characters knowing their connection.

like the sindur throw and garland throw wala scene was just for viewers and not for Raghvi to know its significance...it's almost like even if they don't want fate keeps dragging them to one place) and why would Pallavi in the whole Hyderabad would just go to Raghav's shop for job and them getting caught together inside the cage.

Kind of sounds childish, but I feel that fate here acts as a naughty little child who is little by little tying the strings of Raghvi's fate and life together

No, Raghav doesn't recognize Pallavi as the girl in the cage. I strongly believe, It was just the starting few scenes for us as an audience, to basically start viewing them as a couple.

I'm pretty sure it's not gonna come up in the show again cos it didn't lead to any major dramas.
