I feel same way. She will explain herself that shasha meant to be and he is just a professor nothing else. Woh jo such rahi thee Aisa kuch nahi hai woh hi sach hai. He is just concerned as a teacher about her.

He will understand she is heart broken and needs to do damage control but I think before he could confess Devi engagement announce karegi toh aur panga ho jaayega.

Woh confess Anokhi melt home ke baad hi karega.
