Samson traditionally does well at the beginning of a IPL season- he has one big innings in him at the start of every campaign, and then bizarrely fizzles out as the competition progresses.

Wankhede is a good ground for chasing and Samson is known for hitting sixes, especially against spinners, which is why I went with him. Wanted to pick him for most runs too, and then thought it might be better to go with KL.

If this was on a not-so batting friendly ground, I wouldn't have picked Samson.

I rate him, but don't quite think he's India quality yet, especially on tougher pitches.

Hooda should be MOTM IMO, or it could go to Arshdeep as well.

How did you pick Archer when he's known to be injured? 😲

Miller was in quarantine I think, but it essentially comes down to him vs Stokes, and Stokes often edges it because he can bowl.

Miller barely played last season, but he would've been great for this game. Always dangerous on flat pitches, and he was in good form in SA vs PAK before coming here.
