I am going to be very honest here, let me know your thoughts after you rewatch. Ahir's behaviour today left me as uncomfortable as the library one, I loved the episode but the controlling side of Ahir that came out today is giving me a similar feeling. Which is why I am not able to board the "Shauhir" bandwagon immediately 😆

Am I the only one who feels its not Ahir's business to push Shaurya to be a better person because neither of them have given him that kind of importance in their life? I mean who is he?

A mere acquaintance to Anokhi, who hasn't even voiced out her grievances or shared anything to him as a friend?

Regarding Shaurya we all know what exactly he thinks of ACP🤣

@blue I am going to wait this one out, I mean I can definitely see the potential not just between the actors but characters too, because today finally Ahir no longer felt like a prop but I want to wait to regarding their friendship because their ideology does seem to lean towards misogyny with the only difference being in approach so I want to see a few more interactions before making up my mind 😆

I don't think Ahir will alone be enough now that I've had some time to reflect but lol to go back to my metaphor which has the potential to derail this whole conversation 🤣 Ahir I think will force Shaurya to grapple with one side of his emotions because while Anokhi does punish him, I have a feeling like once she realizes his backstory she also might start giving him a free pass. Otherwise previous Anokhi would have had both their heads today when they were fighting over her. Like I missed that dialogue from the Dhadak episode when she is like who are you to decide, how, when, and with whom I go? It would have been so relevant in this moment. So while Anokhi manages to get him to change his views on misogyny, ACP will teach him about how every action has an equal and opposite reaction. He shouldn't act unless he is willing to face the reaction. But this is in the ideal version. We'll have to see whether they can actually deliver on this potential 🤣
