Mansi will not stoop so low... She loves Pallavi... I mean the confidence with which Sulo took everyone to the hospital makes it look like it is Sulo... But Tikre saying tumne ehsan kiya, has put doubts in my mind... Plus the receipt does seem to have Amruta's name on it... So maybe Sulo, Amruta n that third person has joined hands..
