No, he might not lay off so soon. He will do this for Anokhi..

It could go either way..

If they want to take the OG route, he will be super supportive and lay off..

But if they want to make him a part of the quadrilateral, he will do all these things to get close to Anokhi..

exactly. he has always looked after himself in that aspect of life. No one was ever there for him, it was always him there for everyone else. His drunk father, looking after the well being of the family, making sure that the standards of Badi Maa and papa are met. The day he told Astha that he is fine, he doesn't need anyone to look after him and today when Anokhi forcefully looked after him - that HAQ, nobody has ever put on him, but she has and she will.

I also think he isn't used to anyone so forcefully taking care of him. In the house it seems like when he is angry no one touches him and when he brushes people's care of, they don't push him either. Badi ma knew that something was wrong when he showed up post riots but he insisted he was fine and she let him be. When Shaan saw he didn't eat, he came and told Shaurya that he should but that was it. He didn't bother to insist with that force. He was so taken aback when she was stern with him and immediately agreed to whatever she said I think in part because it's the first time that someone has bothered to fight him this much for his own sake.
