From what I can make out, I feel Sulo will make it out to be Pallavi. That's the only option. She will bribe the doctor or whatever. Cause now his Amma believes that RR has wronged Pallavi and will force him to marry her if she is pregnant. All think they are having an affair.

So I feel Sulo thinks that RR won't marry Pallavi or anything as she doesn't know about his mother. And she feels it will just lead to Pallavi's badnami and getting kicked out.
