I didn't think much of it when every day 1-2 topics of Sonu kept popping up but just went through this thread and realized that Sonu also has a fandom. Well, good for him.

I was a kid in the 90s so genuinely don't have a full understanding of what you are talking about. But I also can't take your word because I noticed your claims rarely match any sort of real data. So I had to look up for myself.

I hate citing wiki, but as you said before why would someone go through all that trouble to create fake lists? Especially with citation? So this is as close to fact as we can get. I see for pop albums yes Sonu sold a lot but in what category is he "highest"? He shares the 1999 spot with someone else. And I am so surprised a 1,200,000 album sale saved T-series from bankruptcy when the same year T-series sold 3x times the amount of music albums through hum dil de chuke sanam, 2x the amount with Sirf tum, even an album like Badal did almost twice the number. I need to hear the story of how superman Sonu single-handedly saved T-Series from bankruptcy.

All this aside you and I are on the same side. Singers are special and they have a beautiful gift. They don't get appreciated enough for their craft like many others in Bollywood. It's not just because of label monopoly, it's fans as well.

Bhushan kumar will let you know regarding this and infact his wife divya kumar ghosala confessed that Bhushan kumar used beg to Sonu to do albums...she confessed in a tussle video of last year when Sonu Vs Bhushan thing was happening ......infact there was an old interview of bhushan kumar discussing the success of Deewana which helped T Series to grow but its long ago i will see if i get it

Sonu said in this that Bhushan kumar would be a liar if he doesnt admit him begging to Sonu for private albums and Sonu said his father was instrumental in giving him his first break and he was instrumental in giving Bhushan kumar his first break in this interview

Arsalan was this one of those open park events where anyone can come, stand and watch for free? I am trying to picture any venue around the world that hosts 1.5 million people. You are saying it's even more? Where was this concert held? I want to read about this record breaking guiness book event. Look they named all these small concert hosts in world's largest concert attendance but left Sonu out with his millions. You might want to do something about this.
