Because itv audience who actually give ratings have zero taste I am sorry to say and that is true. Despite the stupid and regressive writing, itv shows get ratings by tv audience and they reject actual better content.

There was indeed an extra scene in the offline episode today.

Nothing very noteworthy though- they play shocked background music with Rhea staring, and she then goes and sits down with Ranbir, where he asks her whether Gayatri is ajeeb.
