In the earlier episode when they declared mutual 'I hate you!' they reached a new level of antipathy. Their relationship had gone from tom-and-jerry antics to a serious animosity towards each other. They crossed a line. It was an amazing scene. Followed by action: He hands her an eviction notice; she tears it up in public and declares war.

To find Raghav admiring her a few hours later doesn't work for me. I felt it brought the intensity down. I would have preferred that he questioned his mother's admiration for Pallavi. And somehow view that as even more reason to resent her.

I agree, but I think it was to point out that the past 2 weeks have had some kind of subconscious impact on him, and no matter how much Raghav denies or states he hates her, there is a certain comfort level between them and he does notice her now.

@underline: ex gf will come the day after RaghVi love confession. Pallavi will find her injured on the road or something. Bring her home only to know later she is Raghav's ex-gf. Raghav will want her out of the house but Pallavi being the typical good FL will let the girl stay happily self destructing her married life. The girl will do all plotting and planning to separate RaghVi.
