On another note, talking about romantics, I wonder if you have watched ‘Tum Mere Kya Ho’ ? If you haven’t then please do because it is one of the best romantic Pakistani dramas I have watched.

How both r deep down waiting for an ultimate reconciliation

The ending sentence of Amal that she doesnt want to be anyone else's dulhaan after Mikaal said it all

I loved how they didnt make the ending typical and cliched and Sumbul was excellent in showing her vulnerability yet strong self respect TILL THE END

I wish the show wasnt so stretched

It cud jv been packed in 20 epis and made a good show

Its a very different type of ending i hv seen in a pak drama... Its neither happy nor sad..... How it shows we hv to let time heal a few things

Excellent work by the writer director and the whole team

i guess you enjoyed this show then

Yeah exactly the ending was something that never showed before in Pak dramas.

This dramas started well and ended well but dragged in between

Ending was really good. Thankfully Amal didn't succumb and forgive Mikaal like the regular dramas. It showed pain and how you can't forgive someone instantly, especially with certain circumstances. Sad truth.

This show had lots of potential but for me it became a skipfest. Some episodes were power packed but some were so boring with same loop of Mikaal vs Shahmeer, Annie crying to her mom, and Amal crying about her life.

I loved the last ep. I feel there's a hope after all. My fav scene was that online dress shop buisness which Amal started with her family and friend. Seeing her independant, and strong made my day. She doesn't need Mikaal's money.

However I felt sad that the court scenes were cut short. Same happened in Ruswai.🥺 Such serious issues like rape and human trafficking need to be discussed seriously, and we need to see what the law has to say about them.. to send the correct message to the society. In Inkaar too the whole issue was messed up when Yumna forgave Imran Ashraf , coz such things make bad guys feel that there are no strict rules about these issues, so they can continue misbehaving with women.

Word!

I am just thankful that they didn’t show her melting and running into his arms in the end. Three years is too less for what Mikaal had done but at least this drama dared to show a man being punished for the sin he committed. Lets hope this is a new beginning for the Pakistani dramas in showing the right things.

Yes. It is a good change, and I hope this becomes a trend. I also liked it that she remembered her father in the last ep. The poor man's health worsened because of Mikaal. I know life and death happen on their time, but every thing happens for a reason..and the reason here was Mikaal's horrible deeds.

This 3 yrs punishment is too less, but I think it is because the girl wasn't raped, and because she forgave him. 😕

The drama was good but more than the drama I absolutely enjoyed coming back to this thread to find out what others were saying because every single member had something profound to contribute and the way they put forth their points in a polite and non-confrontational manner made this thread what it was. So a big thank you to all you beautiful people. Hopefully we will find another drama where we can all connect in a similar manner. :)

A special shoutout to Geraldin- thank you for tolerating my posts😂. Even though I kept bashing Mikhaal and calling him names and challenged you with my pov, you kept your cool and responded back in a polite but firm manner.Hope to meet you in another nice romantic drama thread for I am just as much a sucker for the romantics as you said you were.

Aww we might have disagreed in our posts but it was friendly banter and I looked forward to your replies! 😃

It was really fun to see the episodes and then going on here to read the comments. All in all it was a good drama and I guess one day I’ll rewatch it, even if it’s just to compare the posts to the episodes and to smile at what we thought and predicted. Like you I love romantic dramas so hope to see you around! 🤗

I dont think mikaals 3 yrs punishment is less coz he repented truly since a long time

Even Allah forgives a huge sin if a person is truly regretful and repenting and asking forgiveness from the bottom of his heart with full sincerity which mikaal did.... So amal taking time and finally eventually trying to forgjve him makes very much sense
