Well the thing which you mentioned will bring a disaster in your friend's life. Nothing is permanent and this feeling will eventually fade away , its just a matter of time.

Also If the other person loves equally the same or even less then the relation can sustain because when people try they sustain relations which are dear to them.

Yes, I was and still am madly in love with someone.

It was not a long time ago. Just a year back he left me. When I first met him, he was jobless and homeless.

But he was such an eye candy, I fell in love with his cute and innocent looks. So I gave him a job at my house to make him stay with me. He happily accepted it because of his condition.

Soon we became really close to each other, sharing an intimate relationship. There was a time he couldn't stay away from me. I felt so special for the first time in my life. Seeing someone who loves and cares for me so much.

Though all good things come to an end. After some time, it seemed like he was spending less and less time with me, as if he has got bored of me. A time came when I was begging for his attention and still didn't get it...and one day he just left without saying anything.

I knew it was coming and was still not ready for it. It was in his nature. He was a wanderer, who couldn't have a stable life with me. So he dumped me and went looking for love from others.

If I wanted I could've made him stay, but it would've been against his will. I gave him a choice, and he didn't choose me.

It still hurts, because I'm still not over him. I still miss him. His name was Perry. He was my cat.

yes, I've been in love quite a few times... ever since my early teens. Women are all such nice creations, what's there to not love. Never madly though- I wouldn't even know how that would feel. Often 2 or 3 girls at the same time. My heart is very soft that way😂😂😂

Yes, I did fall in love. It's a long story and it happened eons ago.

I forgot my friends and ignored my family. I was in love and didn't want to talk or be with anyone else.

It was so stupid. Don't ignore your loved ones for anyone or anything. Love is just a part of life and it's not your entire life. Ultimately, it was those loved ones who cared for me and still do. That so called love of my life is long gone, never to be found again.

You know, this kind of love is described in movies and books often. It's like one foregoes all sense of propriety and rationality, and it's happened to my friend, that's why I made this topic. Can't disclose any details, but it's the sort of love which makes her seem like a different person.

It sounds like an intense crush to me. Has the other person joined this party too or is it just your "friend" going crazy by themselves?

If the other person is in it too, that's great ... it could be a start of a relationship. If not, maybe your friend should stop living in their head and start taking action ... perhaps by initiating something instead of obsessing over the person from a distance. We often tend to idealize someone when we adore them from a distance and aren't in touch with them ... we put them on a pedestal and find them perfect in every sense when it couldn't be further from the truth.

It's best to keep yourself occupied with things you enjoy doing when you find yourself obsessing over something/someone too. They're just another person like you and me at the end of the day no matter what kind of tricks your hormones are playing on you.😆
