Yeahh so bajre da sitta literally means millet cob and it's generally roasted in fire, and then twisted in hands to separate the kernels for consumption.

The song itself is a Punjabi folk song and it refers to a woman enticing her upset lover to come back to her. Like the roasted cob is twisted for consumption, it's an analogy for the woman using her charms to twist her lover to come back to her so that she could ravish him.
