Chapter 13
In Nainital the small colorful cute butterflies danced all around the environment looking for sweet nectar. The flower’s fragrance filled the whole environment making the morning pleasant.
After celebrating Holika dahan at night, the very next day in Nainital.
Khushi was searching for Arnav all around but she couldn't find him. All of a sudden someone came behind her and kept his hand on her shoulder. She screamed loudly with closed eyes.
Arnav put a bucket of water on her from the back and then put colour on her face.
"Don't worry Khushi, you can open your eyes. It's me." Arnav reassured her.
"Arnavji aap ? Aapne to hame dara hi diya. Aur ye kya hame pura rango se bhar diya ! Now i just hate this colors." Khushi said, caught by surprise. Khushi hadn't played Holi after her marriage with Shyam.
"Sorry khushi I didn't mean to scare or hurt you." Arnav apologized seeing her red face.
"No Arnavji actually hame aadat nhi hai in sb chijo ki. And please aage se aisa mat kijiyega" Khushi tried to explain her reaction.
"But Khushi..."
Khushi turned and started behaving like she was upset with Arnav. He wasn't able understand that what exactly happened to her ? He was thinking that he could try to bring some happiness in her life with those holi colours but everything got ruined because of his one mischief. Meanwhile Khushi came back with a water gun and without a second thought she started firing it on Arnav. He was confounded at her action.
"What the ... ?" Arnav uttered finding himself drenched in water.
"Darana kya sirf aapko hi aata hai Arnavji. Hamne bhi bahut holi kheli hai." Khushi said firing colours from the water gun and laughing uncontrollably at his expressions.
Arnav smiled and then both started playing Holi together.
He asked Khushi to come out and have a grand celebration in the garden.
Garden was decorated with colourful flower hangings, beautiful curtains with multicolor, multi hued lights, paper buntings, gulaal clay pots , different colourful balloons. Everyone was playing with different colours.
Khushi was happy to see all the decoration. She still couldn't believe that everything was happening in real. She always dreamt about a grand celebration of Holi but today she was celebrating it in real. She started playing with balloons and colors. Arnav, who was looking at her from a distance, couldn't take his off her. Niharika saw him looking at Khushi fondly and she could tell he looked happy. She prayed to God to keep them happy. While Khushi was busy with colors, Arnav got a call from Aman.
"Yes Aman did you get any clue about Shyam?" Arnav asked.
"Yes Sir I got something to show you but I can't send it to your phone. You need to visit RM as early as possible." Said Aman
Arnav was in dilemma as to what to do ? How can he leave the holi celebration and go back home? He didn't want to miss any celebration with Khushi. He couldn't fathom why he was getting attached to Khushi in such a short time? But he needed to get to the bottom of this matter, so he quickly went back inside before Khushi or Neema could spot him.

Leaning on the window of the balcony Khushi realized that the sun was rising . The faded sunlight made her remember that she hadn't slept a wink last night which was a normal feat since she started living alone. Her smile and happiness disappeared in Arnav's absence. She couldn't understand why Arnav left her all of a sudden ? His absence had started to affect her.
As she was walking down to the kitchen, the phone in the living room started ringing. She went to pick it up and realised it was Arnav on the other side.
"Khushi tum aaj bhi jaldi uth gayi" Arnav asked.
"Haan Arnavji" said Khushi anxiously. She wanted to ask so many questions to him but she couldn't ask because she was scared how Arnav would react.
"Are you there Khushi?" Arnav asked
"Haan vo ham bs soch rahe the ki..." She paused.
"Haan Khushi tell me what are you thinking?" Arnav asked enthusiastically
"Nahi Arnavji kuch nahi. Aap vapas kb aa rahe ho?" Khushi asked.
"I am busy with some important work. Will meet you soon. Sorry Khushi I will call you later as i'm getting another phone call." He cut the phone.
Khushi was a little upset as Arnav cut the phone. Niharika heard the conversation and realized that Khushi was really sad as Arnav left her like this. She thought she needs to inform Arnav about Khushi's situation. But she again she thought he might be busy otherwise he would not leave khushi without saying a word. She decided to to wait for a few days.

Shyam left for Nainitaal. But destiny didn't want him to move forward. He was just 5-10 kms away from Nainital when his car's tyre flattened. He got very angry but couldn't do anything because no one was there to help him out and he had no extra tyre in the car. He tried to call his friend but due to network issue he couldn't reach out to him. Now he had no option rather than to wait for someonent pass by who could help him.
In RM everyone was celebrating Holi together they are applying color on each other. Akash and Payal both of them were busy playing holi with each other. Payal was running and he was going after her with a bunch of colours rubbed on his hands.
'Nahi Akash ab aur color nahi', Payal says while escaping
'No I will surely apply more color on you', Said Akash and he held her hand from the back.
Then he lovingly put a color on her cheek first. Then again apply color to Payal's face with his face. He put color on her hands also. Then he brushed his hands in her neck. Both of them were lost in the blissful moment.

Finally, after waiting for another hour, Shyam found someone on the way.
"Khushi ji ham aa rahe hai, Kab tak bhagogi hamse" Shyam said with an evil smile on his face.
