I don't think he did it. She is still weak after two major accidents. She had a huge blood loss. Next day she went to courts . Didn't have anything whole day and in the night she is running here and there. We asked CCVS not to make her superwoman too. Fainting is natural due to her health and skipping meals.

Plus if he does that, Rani won't ever trust his medicine. He knows that. He tried hard to convince to trust his medicine.
