Like how did Uday just agree to the kid thing and not have a conversation with her about why she stayed with Faruq for 6 months then? I am part of EDKV2 and can vouch for the fact that replacement of Suman came later.

Post leap when they moved to SonyLiv, from that time onwards viewers left the show coz they introduced an Fahad bhai for Suman and a senseless girl for Shravan. Destroyed it all, ruined essence of them being army officers. Sept 30, 2020 was the last time SuVan fans wanted any sense in story. Watched them in December coz people knew KK leaves on 30 Dec. Waha bahut tension tha.

They got feedback about being biased and showcasing all Muslims as evil from fandom so they scrapped it all. But they should have instead clarified that Abrar/Faruq/Zahida were not portraying Muslim culture but the thought that had entered everyone at some point. US versus THEM happened both sides.

They were being chased out of Lahore, so obviously negative characters will be muslims only.... To balance it out, they did show muslims helping Randheer and also baigs helping sahanis escape.... Vashma was attacked by a hindu mob too while travelling to Amritsar... They did try to show a balanced view for that matter.
