I agree! Tej works quietly and cleverly. He caught on just like Devi did but he tried to take care of the issue without confrontation. Devi actually seems to be more direct in her approach than Tej when she approached Anokhi and tried to tell her to lay off or when she went to Aastha and told her to lay off.
