Even if they had bank episodes, they have already used 2-3 with that letter drama. So for the holi episode they might have close to 2-3 . Even if he is back by next mid week, they would need time to shoot so they need to stretch this as far as they can.

Although I do not expect a jealousy track over here,but yes,if Aniket joins ,than he will be a witness of the situation, a person who is not Sai or Pulkit. So an angle through which Virat might know the truth, if Kaku plots something or the other.

i too feel makers will forget this kidnapping track in selective amnesia 😆
